Project Manager- Coordinator Fit-out / Joinery

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the interior decoration , Fit-out, Joinery industry.
• Good knowledge of interior design principles, construction methodologies, and building regulations.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them within budget and timeline constraints.
• Knowledge of project management planning.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage interior decoration projects from design to completion, ensuring achieving
design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, clients, consultant, and subcontractors to ensure smooth
project running.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, reporting.
• Monitor project timeline, monitor progress, and identify and resolve any issues or delays.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and select materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and participate in project meetings.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to achieve project
objectives.
