A Well reputed Real Estate Company is looking for a Property Consultants / Real Estate Salesman
Competences :
- At least 2-3 years of overall experience in Real Estate
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proven track record
Responsibilities :
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
- Track contract terms fulfillment for properties.
Salary : Negotiable
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate
Note : Arabic speaking is plus
Bahraini or India's preferred
