Job Responsibilities
• Monitor assigned accounts and identify overdue payments.
• Research account history and understand the reason for delinquency.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or letter to discuss their outstanding balance.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans that are realistic and achievable for customers.
• Process payments and update account records accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns about their accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to legal department when necessary.
• Generate reports on collection activity and performance metrics.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including fair debt collection practices.

Experience Required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.
Education Level
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Diploma in related field.
• Knowledge of fair debt collection practices and regulations preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
