Property Manager - Female Staff

Required for an Apartment Building:
One Female Property manager on flexi visa.
The duties of the selected candidate would include: Collecting yearly maintenance fee, follow up until it is received; handling and keeping record of progress in repairs and maintenance work on the property; managing leases and contracts; enforcing rental policies, acting as a liaison between landlords and tenants wherever required. The property manager would be expected to perform all other work related to her post, that have not been mentioned in this hastily prepared ad.
