What You will do:

Optimize Production: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the paint shop, ensuring that all production targets are met on time and within budget using Lean principles.

Drive Quality: You will work closely with the quality control team to identify and resolve issues that may affect paint quality, such as surface defects, runs, or inconsistencies, by adjusting process parameters.

Be the Problem-Solver: You will diagnose and resolve complex production issues as they arise, from equipment malfunctions (robotics, conveyors, booth systems) to material supply bottlenecks, to minimize downtime.

Lead a Team: You will mentor and guide a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Implement Best Practices: You will identify opportunities for process improvements, recommending upgrades or modifications to equipment and procedures to enhance performance, reduce VOC emissions, and improve energy efficiency.
