Education: Diploma/BE in ECE

What You will do:

Assure Excellence: From the inspection of raw materials to the approval of the finished product, you will apply and uphold quality control methods at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Set an Example: You will oversee and carry out on-site tests, audits, and inspections to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, quality standards, and client demands.

Drive Improvement: You will work with the production team to analyse and look into non-conformances, use quality tools to find the underlying reasons, and push for preventative and corrective measures.

Be the Pro: You will create and keep up-to-date comprehensive quality documentation, such as test results, inspection reports, and quality logs.

Encourage a Culture of Quality: You will ensure a shared dedication to excellence by educating and advising production staff on quality processes and best practices.
