What You will do:

Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with company goals for cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience.

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select a robust network of suppliers for raw materials, machinery, MRO supplies, and services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value.

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Cost Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives, monitor market trends, and implement strategies to optimize spending without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to manage inventory levels, minimize holding costs, and ensure uninterrupted material flow.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all procured materials and services meet specified quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
