Performance & Growth: Keeping an eye on customer satisfaction and account health, as well as spotting and seizing chances to upsell, cross-sell, and increase our presence within their company.

Advocacy & Communication: Serving as the internal spokesperson for the client, conveying their requirements and input to the leadership, service, and product teams in order to promote ongoing development.
