Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to staff and clients on a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
4. Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.
5. Provide training and support to staff on new IT systems and applications.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
*CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Net+ certifications are preferred.
*2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
*Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
