We are looking for someone who can live onsite and be responsible for the following:
- day to day repairs and maintenance of A/C, lift, plumbing, electrical appliances, wood work and other basic tasks
- planning and overseeing renovations and general upkeep
- collecting rents from tenants
- ensuring residents safety
- enforcing lease terms
- show vacant flats to prospective tenants
- cleaning and general upkeep of the shared amenities and hallways
Experience as a Residential Building Manager or a similar role is preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
