1.Tell me about you?

I am Retail sales executive with 20 yrs of work exp including 6 yrs UAE exp.My last job was retail sales supervisor for local company in sharjah,I had to leave it because company was facing legal trade license issue,I worked for one year and returned back in feb 2024.

2.what are your strengths?

I am fast learner with great interpersonal skill,I am able to convince customer needs,solve the situation as soon as possible,My manager always depend upon me during evening or when ever i am on evening shift.I make sure the retail store crosses 75% KPI and stores remain busy.I enjoy working weekends.

3.what are your weakness?

I am too talkative,I make sure there is no short in goods and services in store,make them available,I take part in personality development and social awareness programmes sometimes unnecessary

4.Apart from Retails,can you do other job?

The good thing about me i always strive for challenging job auch as hospitality,camp supervisor,cleaning supervisor,Accounts job

5.what are your qualification,are your certificate attested?

I have done BBM and MBA and my BBM degree is UAE attested.I did my higher education india but my schooling in Oman.


6.You are now 44 age,dont you think you are bit over for the retail job,There would be grim for you to get job?

Age is just a number and it depends upon company policy.

what is your salary expectation?

My minimum expectation is 2000 AED or similar currenvy + accomodation or package.

Dont you think salary expectation is low?

I am aware about it,some times you dont get what you ask for.I take it learning process.All i need is job and thats my first priority.

Tell me sonething about work you had difficulty with and how did you manage to solve,did you solve it?gulf exp please?

with 20 yrs exp i can give you so many example

when iphone 5 was launched, there was horde of customers,we sold Iphones with ground breaking of crossing 2 million dirhams by the end of month.Starting month when customers applied for pre booking and on store buying,for activating, customers need to come to stores,all of a sudden system was down for 3 days,customers were angry as they approached daily to the store for activation,They gave threat they would relinguish iphone,I assured them comfort with complimentary coffee and if they give up iphone others may aquire it and customer would have to buy from other stores which they may be out of stock.This way i convince customers.
second example,when we ran out of laptops in stock for week and customers had paid in advance.I applied the same trick but this timenwe gave netbook with free internet usage for week.

where do you want to see yourself in 5 years?

My goal has always been to be loyal and trustworthy employee.beng applauded for saying "good job,well done" from managers.

You worked in india from 2013 to 2023 for 10 years,what made you to go back to gulf?

i was doing great and i did not want to leave the company but sadly covid ruined our lives and branch got shut down.It was time to search for job at Gulf.

How good are you in ms office and computers?

I can use ms word and excel for reports,Oracle based CRM software,I can also assemble dissemble computers,laptops,do software OS installations.

Dont you think India has potential job opportunities?

Indeed india is loaded with opportunity but opportunity is scare,opportunity belongs to businessbmen who have capital and ca
