We are seeking a young and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities: – Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner – Assist customers in finding the right products and make personalized recommendations – Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends – Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system – Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by organizing displays and replenishing stock as needed – Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and effective manner – Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store goals – Collaborate with team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements: – Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong knowledge of fashion trends and ability to style customers – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends – Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work well under pressure.
