Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Operations Manager to lead our steel factory. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the steel industry, with a particular focus on steel fencing, couplers, barshop fabric, and steel gates. This role combines both sales and operational responsibilities, requiring a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the construction, industrial, and security sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to drive performance.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and forecast future sales.

Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the steel factory, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage a team of skilled operators responsible for operating machinery such as Chainlink Fence Machine, Barbed Wire Making Machine, Concertina Wire Making Machine, OSCAM Cutting Machine, Sherline Cutting Machine, OSCAM Double Bender, E.V.G. Polybend, Peddinghaus Sigh Bar, OSCAM Banding, Crane Machine, Wire Drawing Machine, Vitari Machine, and E.V.G. Mesh Machine.
• Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance to optimize efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to improve production processes.

Product Knowledge:
• Possess a deep understanding of steel products, including their manufacturing processes, applications, and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales and operations management role within the steel industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Hands-on experience with steel fabrication machinery, including those listed above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
