Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Present and promote a wide range of vehicles, explaining their features, benefits, and pricing.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering suitable vehicle options.
Keep up-to-date with the latest models, industry trends, and automotive market developments.
Assist customers with financing options, trade-ins, and additional products or services.
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-up communications, and customer profiles using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and after-sales teams to generate new leads and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales field.
A passion for the automotive industry and excellent knowledge of cars and their features.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
