We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help expand our market presence.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at MicroCenter, you will be responsible for selling GPR, LiDAR, and other related surveying services to a wide range of clients across various industries, including construction, environmental services, archaeology, and urban planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in the geophysical or related technical fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the geophysical surveying industry.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the geophysical surveying industry or similar technical fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. A technical degree with additional sales training is a plus.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Willingness to travel as required by the role.
