We are looking for Security Supervisor with the following qualifications;
* Proven at least 3 to 5 years experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of security systems and technologies.
* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
* Familiarity with local security regulations and standards.
* First aid and CPR certification.
* Proficiency in English and Arabic.
* Advanced training or certification in security management or related fields.
* Experience in risk assessment and mitigation to identify and address potential security threats.
* Knowledge of investigations and incident response procedures.
* Experience working in a corporate or industrial environment is beneficial.
* A valid driver's license* to travel to different sites or locations as needed.
