Role: Semi Voice Process Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: 14,000 to 20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Skills Required:

• Good English communication (basic)

• Ability to handle calls with patience and professionalism

• Basic computer knowledge

• Comfortable with semi voice (combination of voice and non-voice tasks)

• Willingness to work in shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

• Assist customers with queries and provide solutions

• Maintain call logs and update reports

• Coordinate with the team to meet targets and deadlines
