Shift incharge order capability

Job description

1. Planning the picker/packers as per available order capacity and allocating orders for deliveries.

2. Prepare day end Reports; Check and revert on mails.

3. Including interviewing & testing dozens of prospective picker/packer candidates weekly.

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous experience in a recruiting, onboarding, or employee training role a plus

A desire to work in a dynamic environment at one of the fastest growing startups.
