A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Site Finishing Engineer/ Finishing Supervisor/ Finishing Architect/ QC Finishing
Job Description:
•Develop and implement detailed finishing work schedules for assigned projects.
•Manage and coordinate various finishing subcontractors, ensuring their work meets project
requirements and timelines.
•Inspect and monitor the quality of all finishing materials and workmanship, resolving any
discrepancies promptly.
•Oversee and facilitate the installation of flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and other
interior and exterior elements & MEP elements.
•Manage material procurement and deliveries, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources.
•Prepare and submit accurate progress reports and documentation, adhering to established reporting channels.
•Identify and address potential problems or delays in the finishing process, implementing corrective
actions to minimize impact.
•Maintain a safe and organized work environment for yourself and other team members.
•Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the construction finishing
industry.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architect or a related field
preferred.
•Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction finishing or a related field.
•Strong understanding of building construction principles, materials, and methods.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
diverse stakeholders.
•Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Proficient in construction management software and documentation tools.
•Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
