Job Summary:
We are looking for AR Callers to follow up on insurance claims with US healthcare providers. This role involves making outbound calls to resolve denied or pending claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call insurance companies in the US to follow up on claims

• Understand denial reason and take appropriate action

• Document calls and update claim status

• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets

• Coordinate with the billing team for claim resubmissions

Skills Required:

• Good English communication (verbal and written)

• Understanding of US healthcare terms (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of medical billing and RCM process

• Willingness to work in night shifts

• Freshers with good communication can apply
