Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to customers or potential clients over the phone to promote products, services, or gather information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections while providing accurate information.

Skills & Qualifications:

diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.

Good communication and listening skills.

Pleasant phone manner and customer-centric attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
