Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000

Shift: Day & Night Shift (Preferred)

Eligibility: Diploma / Freshers (Willingness to get trained is essential)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair facility appliances

• Conduct general cleaning, grounds maintenance, and fixture assembly/removal

• Ensure safety compliance and perform regular safety checks

• Maintain logs of maintenance work, equipment status, and hazards

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

• Inspect and troubleshoot potential hazards or faults

• Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical fixtures, ACs, and other components

• Handle carpentry tasks and painting touch-ups

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Awareness of safety protocols and procedures

• Technical aptitude for basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and equipment

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
