Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time Car Park Supervisor for one of our main locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in car park management or hospitality, with a strong focus on customer service. The Car Park Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring a positive experience for customers, and preparing/maintaining daily reports.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the car park facility.
Manage and schedule parking attendants and other staff members.
Ensure smooth traffic flow and efficient use of parking spaces.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep of the facility.
Prepare and maintain daily reports on parking occupancy, revenue, and any incidents or issues encountered.
Requirements:
Previous experience in car park management or hospitality preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of parking facility operations and safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
