Supervisor - Civil And MEP

A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil & MEP Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil and MEP systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities.
Job Description:
• Overseeing civil maintenance activities, including structural repairs, waterproofing etc
• Inspecting building structures for signs of wear and tear.
• Coordinating with contractors for major civil works.
• Supervising the maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment breakdowns.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and energy efficiency standards.
• Coordinating with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.

Experience/skill :
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5years of experience in building maintenance
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
