Financial Record Management: Ensuring adherence to accounting principles (e.g., GAAP/IFRS) by meticulously keeping accurate and current financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses (such as cash flow, income, and balance sheets) in order to give a comprehensive picture of the company's financial performance is known as reporting and analysis.
Compliance & Audit Support: Making sure that pertinent tax and financial requirements are followed, as well as actively assisting internal and external audits by supplying the required records and justifications.
Finding ways to improve efficiency, simplify accounting procedures, and use financial tools to increase accuracy and decrease manual labour is known as process optimisation.
Support for Budgeting and Forecasting: Providing information and insights to help with the creation of financial forecasts and budgets, which direct the strategic distribution of resources.
