Drive Efficiency: To boost productivity and hit daily goals, you will manage production schedules, keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs), and apply process enhancements.
Assure Quality: You will collaborate closely with the QA/QC team to uphold quality standards and guarantee that every product satisfies requirements while reducing errors and rework.
Champion Safety: You will uphold a clean and safe work environment and make sure all team members follow safety procedures as a champion of our safety culture.
Real-Time Problem-Solving: To reduce downtime, you will identify and fix production problems as they appear, such as broken equipment or a scarcity of materials.
