Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and payment reminders.

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment status.

Resolve discrepancies and answer customer queries related to billing.

Coordinate with the finance/accounts team to update accounts receivable reports.

Assist in preparing aging reports and collection forecasts.

Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments.

Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.

Location: Perungudi, Perungulathur

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: Any Degree
