The Way to Managing Quality with a QA Engineer
Job Description
Who You Are:
QMS Development & Compliance: You will be in charge of creating, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System while making sure that all procedures and records follow applicable international standards (such as ISO 9001).
Process Auditing & CAPA: You will organise and carry out supplier and internal audits, assisting in the discovery of the underlying causes of quality problems and putting into practice efficient Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to stop them from happening again.
Supplier Quality Management: In addition to handling incoming material requirements and audits, you will collaborate with the procurement team to screen new suppliers and keep an eye on the continuous quality performance of current vendors.
Statistical Analysis & Reporting: You will apply statistical techniques to evaluate high-quality data, spot patterns, and provide reports that support factory floor-wide efforts for continuous improvement.
Experience: 4+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
