1.It is a team Handling role building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.
2.Advisors can get commission on their sales.
3.If your Performance is good you will get Fast Track promotion + Incentives + manager role.

Package offered is upto Rs. 2 - 4.00 Lakhs*
Per Annum (depending on the current ctc).
