Job Description

We are seeking a responsible BMS (Building Management System) Operator to monitor, control, and manage building systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems. The BMS Operator ensures the smooth operation of all automated building systems, optimizes energy usage, and responds promptly to any system alarms or malfunctions. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of BMS software, HVAC systems, and building automation.

Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical

Salary: Above 20k per month
