URGENT - We are looking for Accountant to join our Finance Team.
A1Architects Engineering Consulting, located in Riyadh is searching for a qualified Accountant.
Job Description:
1. Follow up on rental contracts and collect them.
2. Prepare and pay the salaries of workers and domestic workers.
3. Follow up on service bills for offices, homes and rest houses belonging to us and pay them.
4. Follow up on the status of workers and domestic workers (contracts, exit and return, final exit, requirements of the labor office, insurance, medical insurance, etc.).
5. Follow up on the legal and regulatory status of our institutions and companies.
6. Follow up on workers and direct them.
7. Purchase the materials they need for work.
8. Secretarial work and preparing letters.
9. Proficiency in using the computer.
10. Full knowledge of the requirements of tax declaration, insurance and the labor office.
