Customer Service

Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.

Food Handling
Prepare and serve light food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, if applicable.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including the bar area, dining area, and equipment.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as washing dishes and wiping down surfaces.
Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.

Cash Handling
Process payments accurately and efficiently, using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
Manage cash drawers and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.

Team Collaboration
Work effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Skill Development
Stay informed about coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and service quality.
