Job Description:
As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, assist with menu selections, and ensure the restaurant is clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Handle cash and process payments.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders.
Follow health and safety standards and restaurant policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
