What You will do:

Payment Posting: Enter patient payments, Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) payments into the medical billing software with accuracy.

Refusal and Denial Posting: Make sure all rejections and denials are prepared for the AR team to follow up on by analysing and posting them with the appropriate reason codes.

Reconciliation: To make sure all transactions are recorded and correspond with the bank statements, reconcile deposits and payments.

Reporting: Create and keep up-to-date comprehensive reports on the daily posting and reconciliation of payments.

Documentation: Keep thorough and well-organised records of every ERA and EOB.

Cooperation: To address any payment posting issues and guarantee a seamless revenue cycle, work closely with the coding and AR teams.
