Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the specialty section
Assist the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
Manage and train junior kitchen staff
Maintain inventory and stock levels
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
Expertise in Continental, Italian, and European cuisines
Culinary school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
