To park and retrieve vehicles, issue tickets for customers in a parking location and collect fee while ensuring customer satisfaction through customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for services. Follow all service delivery procedures and policies such as customer service, opening and closing, lost ticket, membership sales, no cash and create informative reports about sales and any other required report.

Greet all guests arriving or departing and co-workers with a smile and an appropriate hospitality greeting and open the passenger door of the vehicle and offers assistance appropriately.
Tag guest vehicle keys with date & time, registration number, make/model, room number or contact number of the guest.
Take numbered tags from customers, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide customers with instructions for locating vehicles.
Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
Provide guests with information and answers to questions about Hotel facilities, meeting functions, dining facilities, local transportation alternatives, tourist attractions, and hour of operations when requested.
Explain and calculate parking charges, collect fees from customers, and respond to customer complaints.
Provide correct counter token or receipt of valet parking to the guest.
Verify guests token or receipt with the one attached to the key before handing over keys or vehicle to the guest.
Ensure the safekeeping of customer’s Key, CPR and ensure the locker is locked and secured at all times.
Perform cash handling tasks, such as making change, balancing and recording cash drawer, or distributing tips.
Park and retrieve automobiles for customers in the specified parking areas in a safe and efficient way.
Provide customer assistance and information, such as giving directions or handling wheelchairs.
Follow all Saudi traffic and parking regulations.
Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
Should be responsible to maintain vehicle keys and ensure to deposit keys in the valet counter as soon as the car is parked.
Lift, position, and remove barricades or cones to open or close parking areas.
Ensures continuous improvement by generating new ideas for the job’s; role, activities, tools, products, process, systems, policies, plans etc.
Continuously improve job’s relevant customer services at all times
Proactively take steps towards influencing or promoting positive culture changes at all times
Follow all general company policies and procedures.
Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or continuing basis. Please note that at the company’s own discretion, job description may be modified from time to time.
Requirement: Minimum 1 year validity.
