Operators of the future must be proactive specialists skilled in complicated setup, tool management, and real-time process optimisation to attain sub-micron tolerances, rather than merely machine minders. Being at the forefront of this and producing intricate parts with unmatched accuracy and speed is our goal.

What you will do:

A wide variety of VMC operations will fall under your purview. You have to load and run pre-existing CNC programs, set up the machine (installing cutting tools, loading fixtures, and arranging work offsets), and keep an eye on the machining process to make sure everything is done perfectly. Using precise measurement tools (such as micrometres and verniers), you will also conduct initial and ongoing quality checks, find and fix small machine and program problems, and keep your workspace neat, safe, and orderly. To maximise uptime and productivity, your painstaking attention to detail and dedication to tool and component integrity will be crucial.
