Effective Problem-Solving: You will actively listen to comprehend customer concerns while utilising our systems and resources to deliver precise, thorough, and prompt solutions on the initial call whenever feasible.
Multilingual Documentation: For internal use, you will frequently need to summarise or translate important facts from Tamil to English in order to properly record all client contacts, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Compliance & Quality: To maintain high standards of service delivery, you will closely follow all corporate policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
