Eathai is a vibrant Thai restaurant seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for Thai cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Upsell menu items and recommend dishes to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Philippine nationality
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant setting
• Female
• Strong understanding of Front-of-House (FOH) operations and Food & Beverage (F&B) service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
