• Plan and manage daily production

• Maintain quality and meet deadlines

• Optimize processes for efficiency and cost

• Supervise and guide the production team

• Coordinate with quality, design, and maintenance teams

• Ensure safety and continuous improvement

Skills:

• Knowledge of plant operations and production techniques

• Team handling and leadership

• Problem-solving and good communication skills

• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge preferred
