Job Description:
The Business Development Executive at Infomedia Education is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's market presence. Key responsibilities include:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients for Corporate Training, Courses, and Website Design & Development, and Website Maintenance services, with a weekly sales target of Rs. 1,00,000. (single or multiple clients). {The product/services cost range between Rs.5000 and Rs.13 Lakhs}
2. Market Research and Analysis
• Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyzing competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
3. Relationship Management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Proposal and Quote Preparation
• Preparing detailed business quotes and proposals, highlighting key cost centers and features of the services offered.
• Ensuring proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of prospective clients.
5. Strategic Partnerships
• Collaborating with strategic partners, such as ADACALL Institute, IELTS Counsellor, and others to enhance service offerings and provide innovative solutions.
• Leveraging partnerships to gain advanced academic insights and practical expertise.
6. Sales and Marketing
• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Infomedia's services.
• Utilizing various marketing channels to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
• Preparing regular reports for senior management to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Continuous Improvement
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.
• Seeking feedback from clients and partners to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
