We are looking for skilled EDM Wire Cut Operators/Trainees to join our team. The role involves handling EDM wire cut machines, job setting, preventive maintenance, inspection, and ensuring high-quality machining output as per production plans. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Wire Cut Operation
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical
Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month
Shift: Day & Night Shift (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quick job setting, clamping, and dialling

• Operate and monitor Elektronica Wire Cut machines

• Carry out basic preventive and routine maintenance

• Monitor wire usage and maintain optimal machine performance

• Complete daily jobs as per production plans and data sheets

• Read 2D drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

• Inspect jobs before removal to ensure accuracy

• Apply work offset and machining knowledge for precision

• Understand wire guide specifications, cutting speed, and calculations

• Ensure surface finish and number of passes for required accuracy

• Apply basic programming knowledge for machining operations

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of EDM Wire Cut operations

• Ability to read technical drawings (2D)

• Hands-on experience with machine tools and offsets

• Problem-solving and quality-checking skills

• AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
