Key Responsibilities:

Both incoming and outgoing calls as well as non-voice enquiries will be part of your variable workload, which you will freely handle. Taking responsibility for the entire range of client difficulties, you will carefully handle grievances and record conversations in both digital and spoken queues. Your flexibility and excellent communication abilities will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and the general effectiveness of our support operations.

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
