What You will do:

Process Optimisation: To find bottlenecks and make changes that boost productivity, cut waste, and improve product quality, you will examine production processes.

Troubleshoot and Innovate: You will be in charge of identifying and fixing problems with the manufacturing process and will be instrumental in incorporating automation and innovative technologies.

Lead for Quality: To ensure that every product that leaves our facility satisfies our high standards, you will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement and uphold quality control standards.

Manage Resources: In order to accomplish daily and weekly production goals, you will supervise the distribution of resources, control production schedules, and collaborate with a group of operators and technicians.

Assure Safety: You will promote a culture of safety by making sure that all production operations adhere to internal safety procedures and industry laws.
