Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and patient payments should all be accurately posted into the medical billing software.

Rejection and Denial Posting: Examine and post all rejects and denials with the appropriate reason codes so that the AR team may follow up.

Payments and deposits should be reconciled to make sure all transactions are recorded and correspond with the bank statements.

Reporting: Create and keep thorough records of all daily payment posting and reconciliation operations.

Documentation: Keep complete, well-structured records of all ERAs and EOBs.

To guarantee a seamless revenue cycle and address any payment posting issues, collaborate closely with the coding and AR teams.
