Who You Are:
Written Communication & Support: You will oversee non-voice channels like chats and emails, making sure that all messages are professional, succinct, clear, and provide the information that is required.
Data Accuracy & Entry: You will be in charge of correctly entering, confirming, and keeping track of data in our internal systems, making sure that all records are current and trustworthy.
Operational Support: You will directly support the workflow of other departments (such as finance and logistics) by processing digital documents, managing necessary transactions, and producing reports.
Problem-Solving: To make sure that every issue is handled proactively, you will apply your analytical abilities to find and fix a range of operational inconsistencies or consumer concerns.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
