We are hiring Voice Process Executives (Inbound & Outbound) for a leading company in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role with attractive salary and growth opportunities.

Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 12,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience)
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Resolve queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain CRM records & follow process guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction with first-call resolution
• Work with team members to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Good communication in English
• Strong listening & problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Prior customer service/voice process experience is a plus
