Rounds of Interview: HR Interview, Ops interview
Shift Timings: General Day Shifts (Rotational Week off)
Training Period (Tamil ): New joiners would undergo training for 15 days in which training stipend of Rs.1500/- would be provided i.e.,(15*100=1500). Training stipend will be applicable only on successful completion of training certification.
Training Period (Telugu/Malayalam/ Kannada): New joiners would undergo training for 15 days in which training stipend of Rs.3000/- would be provided i.e.,(15*200=3000). Training stipend will be applicable only on successful completion of training certification.
Post successful completion of the training certification Advisors would receive Rs.2000/- as training certification incentives. (For Telugu & Malayalam)
Post successful completion of the training certification Advisors would receive Rs.3000/- as training certification incentives. (For Kannada)
Salary Range:
Monthly Stipend Take Home Salary: 16000 /- (Telugu).
Monthly Stipend Take Home Salary: 14000 /- (Malayalam).
Monthly Stipend Take Home Salary: 16000 /- (Kannada).
Monthly Stipend Take Home Salary: 13000 /- (Tamil).
