What you will do:

In order to find out the status of unpaid or refused claims, you will be in charge of making a large number of outbound calls to insurance firms. Among your responsibilities will be to determine the causes of nonpayment, file appeals or amended claims, and painstakingly record all subsequent actions in the billing system. Accelerated payments and fewer aged accounts will be made possible by your excellent communication skills, perseverance, and understanding of complicated insurance policies.
