Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven NGO Funding Executive to join our team. The NGO Funding Executive will play a crucial role in identifying funding opportunities, managing relationships with donors, and developing proposals to secure financial support for our NGO partners' projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social impact, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully securing funding for non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identify Funding Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding sources, including government grants, corporate sponsorships, foundations, and international aid agencies.

Develop Funding Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams and NGO partners to develop comprehensive funding strategies aligned with project goals and organizational priorities.

Proposal Development: Prepare high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications tailored to the requirements of different donors, ensuring alignment with their priorities and guidelines.

Donor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.

Grant Management: Oversee the grant management process, including tracking proposal deadlines, reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations.

Capacity Building: Provide capacity building support to NGO partners in fundraising, proposal writing, and donor management to enhance their sustainability and impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, etc.). A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Strong understanding of CSR, philanthropy, and social impact trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software/tools.
